The centerpiece of any Ralph Lauren Home collection is the incredibly detailed concept behind it. As a Manager in Creative Services, Jim was fortunate enough to be part of the team tasked with making the dream-space of each collection a living, breathing reality. With a planning and execution period of less than 3 months, each lifestyle was fully fleshed out, utilizing an extensive array of creative details that were designed, planned, sourced, and made by the team. Mentors and collaborators on the project include Alfredo Paredes (Interior Designer & Chief Creative Officer), Karen Eliot (Corporate SVP, Creative Services: Showrooms), and Stephen Earle (SVP, Home Design).
